Buggy tour from Costa Calma – 50% off-road
Enjoy a pleasant and amusing panoramic buggy tour in Costa Calma, which will take you through the center and north of the Jandía Peninsula.
Approximately 50% of the tour is done offroad so you can enjoy driving on dirt roads and 50% is done on asphalt roads so you can observe the beautiful landscapes that are so characteristic of this area of Fuerteventura.
Do not worry if you have never driven buggies before. The buggies are automatic and easy to drive, low for greater stability and reliable and solid so they can withstand the demands of dirt and stone roads.
During the tour, witness the arid volcanic mountains, smoothed by erosion, typical of Fuerteventura.
Among the places we will visit, is Viejo Rey Beach, also known as La Pared Beach, a beautiful beach located northwest of the Jandía Peninsula whose strong waves are ideal for surfing.
The dirt and stone road sections are surely the ones you will enjoy the most while driving and where you will get the most out of the buggy.
If there are two drivers in the buggy you can take turns during the stops. Remember to bring sunglasses to protect your eyes from the dirt and a bandana to protect your mouth and nose from the rising dust (if you do not have one, you can buy one before getting on the buggy).
The last stop will be at a viewpoint so you can contemplate the town of Costa Calma and Sotavento beach. Here you can take your last pictures before commencing the journey back to your starting point in Costa Calma.
We hope that, at the end of the tour, you’ll leave feeling like you had one of the most fun, exciting and unforgettable moments of your holidays in Fuerteventura.
